Renewing Materials Online
Extend item due dates using the online library catalog
Renew Your Items Online
- Click on "My Library Account," located on the Silver Falls Library home page, or the online library catalog home page.
- Enter all the numbers after 236100 on your library card, and your PIN in the appropriate boxes. If you do not have a PIN yet, leave that box blank and press the "Submit" key. You will then be prompted to create a PIN. (Call the Reference Desk at 503-873-8796 if you have problems logging into your account.)
- Click on "Items currently checked out" (It may automatically display at login)
- Click the "Renew All" button, OR select the title(s) you want to renew by clicking in the box to the left of the title(s) and then click the "Renew Selected" button.
- If you cannot renew items, a message will appear on the screen. If you are successful, a new due date will show in the STATUS column of your "Items Checked Out" list.
- Always check the STATUS column for information on the success or failure of your renewal.
- Click the "Logout" button to log out of your account.
