Overdue Fees

To help us provide optimum service to all our customers, we employ an extended use fine system.  Fines are assessed on a per day, per item basis:

Books (except children's books), audio cassettes,
compact discs, and magazines............................................$.25 per day

Children's books.................................................................$.10 per day

All VHS/DVD videos, software, toddler totes & backpacks.....$.50 per day

Interlibrary Loan (ILL) items from non-CCRLS libraries..........$1.00 per day

Overdue fees will accumulate to a maximum of $5.00 for items owned withing CCRLS, and $10.00 maximum for overdue ILL items.

Lost/Damaged Fees

Damaged beyond normal wear and tear, but item will remain in the collection:

Paperback...........................................................................$2.50 per item

All other materials................................................................$4.50 per item

For materials lost or damaged to the point of withdrawal, the fee will be the actual retail price of the item.

Printing/Copying Fees:

Microfilm/fiche printer...........................................................$.25 per page

Photocopies.........................................................................$.15 per page

Computer printouts, b&w......................................................$.15 per page

Computer printouts, color.....................................................$.30 per page

Service/Miscellaneous Charges

Library card replacement.......................................................$1.00

Hold not picked up................................................................$1.00

InterLibrary Loan (ILL) request (from non-CCRLS library).......$1.00
