2008-2009 Activities for the whole family

Night OwlsNight Owls: all ages

3rd Wednesday of the month, 7:00 - 7:45 p.m.

October 15, 2008 - April 15, 2009

Family evening storytime with books, activities, and "stars."  Wear pajamas and bring a flashlight!

(adult must attend with child under 3 years)

 

Read Dogs*Read to the Dogs: all ages

Saturdays, 11:00 - Noon

September 13, 2008 - May 9, 2009

Practice reading skills with Therapy Dogs--they're excellent listeners!

(adult must attend with child age 6 and under0

*Please call 503-873-7633 to confirm that a dog is available and scheduled to come.

 

Things to Remember:

  • Storytimes will be each week from September 9, 2008 - May 9, 2009
  • Storytimes will be replaced by "Special Events" for March 3 - 6 and March 10 - 13
  • No storytimes: November 25-29 and December 23, 2008 - January 3, 2009
  • The Summer Reading Program runs June 9- August 1, 2009.  Look for summer flyers in May!
